1. About us
Artist's Network ("we", "our", "us") provides wedding entertainment curation and booking services. By engaging us, you agree to these terms.
2. Our service
We curate, propose, and coordinate entertainment for weddings — including artists, performers, technical production, and related services. We act as a curation and booking partner between you and the artists.
3. Payment
An advance payment is required to confirm bookings. The balance is payable on the day of the event, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
4. Cancellation
Cancellations and refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Specific terms depend on the artists, vendors, and timelines involved, and will be discussed with you directly.
5. Performance
We make every effort to ensure that confirmed artists perform as agreed. In rare cases of force majeure or unavoidable artist unavailability, we will offer suitable replacements of equivalent calibre.
